I need help!!!

I have some questions:

1 - We have to make a weapon or we have to pair with another one??
2 - I f we have to make or encounter a weapon, can someone say how to do it??
3 - Can someone old in here explain me what is this like I think is good???

You are posting in the right place, just know that this site has been long since dead. Now.. Weapons, they are given to meisters. Anyone that does not have a partner will soon enough receive one. That's how it worked. In order to gain a weapon it would be through role playing.
